What are GHS Physical Hazards?

Looking through the GHS guidelines it can sometimes be confusing when trying to determine what hazard goes into what category. For example, many hazards seem to have a physical danger to them but are also classified into some other area. Should you put more than one pictogram onto the label for one hazard? Or do you just pick one that seems to be the best fit?

Physical hazards really seem to be giving us the most confusion since most things can fit into this category. Any guidance?
