When using GHS, is there a real difference between just the pictograms and a GHS hazard label? It seems that sometimes the term ‘GHS hazard label’ and the GHS diamond with pictograms are used interchangeably. Other times, it seems people talk about labels as having additional information on them beyond just the pictograms.
So, are they (pictograms and hazard labels) the same, or are they just related?
